I started that one too, but not many people visit that board and anything SW related should be front page news, IMO.

There is a reason the site has sub-forums and the staff enforce them.
If you just want to see 'whats happening' - I may suggest your best bet is just use the "new posts" link and scroll through the first 1-3 pages.. you'll see all activity over the site. Without having to dig for anything. Between that and 'watched threads' you can easily jump to any existing conversations and find new ones that might interest you.
An individual's personal preference for being spoon fed is not justification to clutter up the site for the long haul and everyone else.

I honestly think that Vanellope's would work as a great addition to DisneyQuest if they Renamed it to Disney's Game Central Station...Since Ralph is prominently used there..
I still think "Chewie" Garcia should have used this as his campaign slogan in the Chicago mayoral race.
