Be Our Guest and MNSSHP

Hi everyone!

I have tentatively laid out our plans for our fall trip, with our ADR date coming up soon. I noticed that there is a MNSSHP scheduled for the night we wanted to eat at Be Our Guest. Will the restaurant even be open during the party? If we are not attending the party, can we make ADR's around 6:30? We would be leaving straight from dinner to get the kids in for an early night since we'll be in the park at rope drop. We're planning on the party another night, I didn't want to waste party time with a table service dinner. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

Assuming you can actually get one for BOG, yes you can make ADRs before the party. When you leave, CMs will already be checking guests' wrists for a party band (not an MB). If you don't have one, they will kindly and respectfully point you toward the exit.

To go a step further with @JohnD said, if you are able to land a BOG reservation around that 6:30 slot (party guests are able to enter the park starting at 4pm, so keep that in mind) after it is booked, or when you check-in for your reservation, I would let them know at BOG that you are not MNSSHP guests for that evening and they can arrange to have an easy exit plan in place for you. You're not going to be the only guests in this same situation.

@mousehockey37 and @JohnD Thank you both so much! I picked a day toward the end of our trip, hoping that would help with BoG. Although it is a Saturday & a party night, so it might be difficult even 180 days out. I have a few alternate days too. I just wanted to make sure that booking the same night as a party was even an option. :)

Yes. The park is open to day guests until 7pm. They will be making announcements starting around 545-600 about people the party starting at 7. After 4pm though, you will start to see people entering the park in their costumes, as well as see the CM's out in their Halloween outfits as well. So make sure if you do land a reservation at BOG that you have at a least a print out showing that you have a dinner there. This way you won't be constantly reminded by party CMs that you have to start making your way to Main St.

Thank you! I definitely will bring a print out, that's a good tip. Maybe I will make the ADR earlier in the night, at 5 or 5:30 so it's not as well into the party. Although for a group of 6, I probably will end up just taking what I can get, if anything. Fingers crossed!

If you don't get what you want right away, always keep checking back. They do have cancellations which opens up other times. So you may not find it, but don't give up on it either.

Hello my friend! Yep! You can make as ADR and then when done, cast members will check for wrist bands and show you the way to the gate with a happy Mickey handed wave. :) Good luck getting the ADR's!
