Not everything can be attractions, and there are plenty of new things to do coming to DAK. New dining will be quite welcome, especially in Africa as it will likely be new offerings. Not just chicken nuggets.

Sometimes I think that the admins should create a separate thread group for everything that is happening at DAK right now. Just group all of the DAK threads along with the Avatar threads. In sum there has been and is a lot of other projects going on aside from just that of Pandora: The World of Avatar.

I think that this new expansion to the Harambe area looks fantastic. Especially if it is offering QS food that are African inspired. It makes me wonder if there will be any expansion work happening in the Asian area in the next few years.

Looks excellent, though I'm really jonesing for a dark ride to be added to Africa. Outside of KS, there is a great dearth of hard content for the area.

But this looks like it'll expand the environment and add some new layers to the place, just like the Theater District did. That's exciting in itself.

It looks like there is some indoor seating here. Very welcome in Harambe. I wonder if it will be climate controlled? Harambe has honestly been lacking a large counter service place since Tusker House became a buffet.

I asked a CM what the construction was a month ago. He informed me it was a walk- around of Harambe so you could board Rifiki animal watch train easier. Jackwad....

That old roller coaster plan wouldn't be too expensive to unearth.

Love it. I always want to spend more time in africa and that is the money maker for ak. While i like asia its a bore to me excluding the coaster and that raft ride is an embarrassment. Dinasaur land is a joke.

I am happy that AK is getting attention besides nighttime KS version, Avatarland and River of Lights. I see why AK needs another counter service since Disney is banking on guests staying a whole day although I still don't think AK has enough for that from an attraction standpoint. Adding shops is always welcome by me in terms of spending more time into the park.
