I thought I remembered reading here within the last 2-3 months that the Cinderella's Happily Ever After dinner at Park Fare was either no longer going to be offered or that it was not going to be included in the dining plan any longer. I cannot locate any information or prior post about it though. Can anyone help corroborate, or am I losing it??

Hmm I don't remember reading about this and it's not listed under any rehabs or changes I've researched. Cinderella's Royal Table at MK is getting a facelift maybe that's what you're thinking of? ALso the tea party is being moved to do rehab on the room maybe that?

I just called yesterday and scheduled a dinner for a day in late December. When the CM confirmed the reservation, she did mention it was one credit on the dining plan.

The dinner is IMMENSELY popular. It's not going anywhere permanently. A refurb, sure, but it's not disappearing.

And there's no way it will be removed from the dining plan entirely- it's a Disney owned restaurant and isn't a third party. I wouldn't be surprised, however, if dinner became a signature event, and required two credits instead of one.

I *think* remember reading something like that on here a couple of months ago... I didn't pay much attention because I didn't do the dining plan, but I do remember a thread about changes to what was showing up as being on the dining plan when looking at the Disney Website. People were getting upset because some of the character meals weren't showing up as being on the dining plan. If I remember correctly, the vast majority of the replies suggested that this was a glitch on the website... and those glitches are not exactly rare, unfortunately. If you want to know for sure, it's best to call Disney for confirmation, but the more I think about this the more certain I am that it turned out to be a fluke on the website and nothing more.

Yes, for a period of about a week none of the character meals were showing they accepted the dining plan, but it got fixed and they are all showing they accept the dining plan again.
