I'm not a big fan of mornings either.

Off to work at Hubby's new model home today, where I will get to stand rooted in one spot for 7-8 hours.

This is also the official "Grand Opening". Last week was the official "Preview Opening". There will be bbq'd food, face painting, popcorn and cotton candy.

Yeah, that's an awesome idea. Let's give kids sticky cotton candy (y'all might call it candy floss) and bags of over-flowing popcorn, and then turn them loose in fully furnished, multi-million dollar homes.

As I started reading this post I hadn't gotten to the point where you questioned their food choices and I too was wondering if the person who made that decision ever cleaned up after an event.

Over the years of large family gatherings I eliminated things like Cheetos, red wine, BBQ anything, red punch, powder sugar desserts. I couldn't omit chocolate though I should have, it got me through those events.

I wasn't watching at the time but the city is abuzz about it! It's been so neat watching these little eggs hatch and these itty bitty grey birds emerge and grow into the turkey sized eaglets they are now.

I really enjoy seeing them fly, in person, from the road below the nest. They are majestic creatures.

And intimidating! They are easily noticed and recognized because of that big wing span. And watching them dive into the river is really cool.

In other news, I finally seen HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2.

3/4 of the movie was fantastic, very touching moments.
until they shoved some...

Spoiler: forced things I did not like

Like Stoic dying... or losing Toothless

too cramped together.
Its like they did the movie excellent with awesome passing in the first 3/4 of the movie, then tried to cram all the action in the remaining 1/4.

I swear they did the same mistake with X-men days of future past (too many tangled stories, so few time to explain them all in detail)

so yeah, last 1/4 was too rushed and crammed for time limit problems.
I honestly think 3/4 of the movies would have been done perfectly as a fine separate story a la "The Empire Strikes back"... and the second part of the big fight a la "The Return of the Jedi"

Id give it a solid 85%. but very subpar compared to the first.

Also, the Spanish release had some serious issues..
they changed some voice actors and the difference is big... then you have the problem jokes feeling soo forced in Spanish...they are not funny..

that's my rant and mini review.

I don't think they should have tried to fit five years time between movie storylines.
