I think this is the one you're referring too. I just went and found the video and no further, but, if I remember correctly, it was a Grumman A-6 Intruder on the flight deck of an American aircraft carrier...

it was similar to that one; except this guy was trying to talk with the pilot, not trying to check the landing gear part.

Your lovely photos gave me a much-needed lift this morning. Sometimes there are days that I read comments about various things on the forums, and it gets me down. This morning was one of those days. And a fine good morning to you! It's so humid here today. One of those days that are a bit cooler but still so humid you feel like there's a layer of ick on you and everything you touch.

We haven't put the AC's in the windows yet, so the air inside is pretty clammy too. DS and his wife should be back tonight from WDW. They'll hang around for a bit tomorrow before heading back to NY tomorrow.

i've had mine in for over a month.some birds built a nest under it and we have babies

We haven't really needed it yet. I think we've only had one or 2 days when the temps were above 80.

it get really warm and humid upstairs so its just in the bedroom. all i need downstairs is a fan right now

Our bedrooms are downstairs - DD had the upstairs one, ut that's just used for storage now.

I have a feeling we will be putting ours in the window in the next few days. I hate it because with one less window to open our only option is to use the AC, and although it is a quiet window model the noise still bothers me. I prefer to open all the windows for a cross-breeze, use a fan and move as little as possible but hubby is not on board with that plan.

That's how I feel too. I like to air out the house by opening the windows.

But when the temps get up in the 90's, I want the AC

for me its the mid 70's when I want my A/C. other wise I have the window open year round. Oh BTW June 20th is take your dog to work day.
