We had ten snow days. Four are excused.

We had 10, 2 were 'forgiven' by the state DOE. Local Board of Ed had built in 7 and we made up one on a teacher work day. I just can't believe we have to go back in on Monday, June 16th. Officially so do students, but from what I understand almost every school in the district (well over 50) is not really requiring students to show up (we are calling it exam make-up day).

I have zero stuffed animals in my house and I want one of these.

I've always been very picky, even as a child, when selecting my new "plush". It would take me tens of minutes in the toy store, debating the pink elephant who is marginally soft but has the most adorable nose to the gray striped kitty cat with the soft fur and a long tail. It would take forever and my mom actually got shopping done because I would literally not leave that aisle until she came back because I couldn't choose easily and quickly.

Last year when I walked through the emporium I saw this knitted Mickey and instantly grabbed him and beelined right for the nearest register, digging for gift card on the way. I've never been more sure of a plush purchase as I was with this guy...and now, the Minnie as well. :) they live on my bedside table and guard a few of my favoritest disney books.

How about that GoT tonight? HOLY CARP. I can't even...

The school district here, that I used to go to, has all staff going in on Saturday, June 14 for a breakfast so they can count it as a day toward their makeup days. Staff got 3 snow days, and students got 4. I'm not sure how many they got, but I think they're made up two already. One they had at the end of a quarter which was supposed to be a teacher work day, and one was on Easter Monday.

The last days off school are such a blow-off. They came up with some creative ideas to waste the days. One is a full day of outside play with a playground picnic, another day they rented out the college movie theater to see a movie, one day they are visiting their sister elementary school in the morning to see how that school is then in the afternoon that school is visiting her school, science day where they do various projects at different stations in the gym, stuff we never did in school of course. :)

I'm not ready to lose Tyrion yet and at this point I don't see him escaping. Going to miss the Dorne guy too. My gf almost made the same scream as the sister/concubine/whatever she is... She really liked that guy.

So jealous. We're in until the 16th of June. That was our original last day and hasn't changed (had a lot of snow days, but they had planned for 8 anyway)

This!! Mashed Potato Bar!!!!! I played a wedding where they had one. Had to sneak a couple visits. Hoping to have some reason to get a large catered event some time so I can have one. Excellent.

Yep, so yummy. I had never seen that before. I'll be doing this someday.

Our standard dress shirts are $19.99. Slim fit dress shirts are $39.99. Mostly solid colors, some with tight, tonal striping.
All ties are $19.99. All regular ties (which we have about 4 times as many as skinny ties) come with a pocket square at that price. Only a few of the skinny ties come with pocket squares, but, they are still $19.99.
Our sport shirts (Via Uomo is one brand we carry) range anywhere from about $125-$175, but, are usually discounted about 30-50%.

Look at you talking all fashion-ie! Tonal striping from the man I know to be most comfy in flip flops, shorts and tee's.
