My best ride partner ever was my dad.
Before I became the most embarrassing person in the world, my kids used to love to ride with me too.


Hubby not so much, as he is too large for some rides, and an uncomfortable fit for others.

I ride everything, everywhere (no screaming ). DWifey, not so much. Thus, she's completely thrilled that I turned our 3 kiddos into thrill ride junkies...!

I can't do rollercoasters. I had optic neuritis nine years ago and even though my sight did come back after two months, the doc said no crazy rides. It's not worth it.

I ride everything, everywhere (no screaming ). DWifey, not so much. Thus, she's completely thrilled that I turned our 3 kiddos into thrill ride junkies...!

I'm trying to get my gf to do looping rides, but she is still terrified. The closest I got to her tolerating them was RnRC. The launch scared her more than the loops. So that was progress.

I, and the kiddos, have managed to coax DWifey onto a lot of rides over the years she wouldn't normally do. She'll tolerate Space Mountain, EE, RnRC, etc.
M:S...she will NEVER, ever attempt. She's been on ToT twice (the second time to "Conquer her fear")...never again.
She's a good sport about it all, though.

Fahrenheit at Hershey Park is the most intense coaster I've done. RnRC is pretty tame - very smooth ride with no big drops.

This morning it wasn't even 8 and it was over 70 out. It's really humid here, though. Feels like Florida! I'm okay with that. My math classroom was terrible, though.

Space, EE, M:S she did without worry. She is worse than I am in spinning the tea cup.

Upside down, straight down (Like a steep roller coaster drop, she is fine with elevator drops), and now thanks to me launches she won't do. But soon I will (somehow) get her on Kingda Ka and everything else will be a piece of cake!
