I looked up that WWII detective series Craig Ferguson likes to talk about. It is available on Netflix! Not sure if there are films about tornadoes filled with sharks on there too.

Only problem is this show is 6 seasons and every episode is over 90 minutes long. This is going to take a while...

When I was younger I loved Orange. When I got to be a teen, my motion sickness got worse and now I won't do it unless bribed. I get off and usually end up with a migraine a few hours later, along with some nausea. I also find it hard to breath during the initial take off. It's actually similar to what it feels like when I'm having an asthma attack, so it's not exactly fun for me. I did it with bestie last time, because she wanted to do it and I'm about the most wonderful friend in the world. I told her only ONCE though. She was fine with that; she wasn't crazy about it either. I also won't do Astro Orbitor or the swinging pirate ship at Hershey Park.

Last time I went on the pirate ship I got off and ran to the bathroom, and Astro Orbitor I really just did not feel good.

I also won't do the swinging cars on the Ferris wheel at DCA.

The ones along the tracks swing. Every third one, lying along the outer edge, does not.

But I do tea cups. We figured out last time though that I have to be the one spinning it, or at least act like I'm doing the work. According to bestie I didn't look so good getting off of it. And I do the Claw at Hershey Park.

It's something about swinging and stopping with me; I can ride regular swings, and Astro Orbiter it's being so high off the ground and spinning. I did fine on the one at DL, which is on the ground. But most everything else I ride, crazy roller coasters, not water rides so much, but most stuff.
My great test in drop rides is going to be this:

A drop tower attached to Kingda Ka, the tallest ride in the world. You may hear me in Baltimore when I ride it.

I've read about that. It's in a book I bought my brother years ago about the US's most extreme roller coasters. I believe they just put a tower ride in between the first hill and the drop, right?

My dog is laying on my legs. It would be cute and cozy if he weren't cutting off the blood flow to my feet.

It's called Dog 101. There are certain required procedures that all dogs must follow. Chapter 2 covers the "closeness" to humans part. Rubbing up against you, body slamming, and laying on top of you are all common tasks. More advanced dogs can even cut off your circulation.

Your dog is just carrying out the duties of his job, and probably quite proud of himself.

So, crazy change of plans.
It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to make Disneyland happen this year.

My SIL/Disney-Bud was here tonight and said that her 10 day trip to Nova Scotia has been squashed, and she desperately wants to go to WDW this year.
Her 27 year old brother is currently on a ventilator, completely paralyzed with GBS, for 5 weeks now.
She is so exhausted, and so beat down that she needs something to look forward to; something to distract her.

So, poor me, I get to start planning a mid-late November Christmas trip for her and me, and maybe my Hubby.
The only downside being that the niece and nephew I usually borrow are going with their parents in October.

I need a ride buddy. Any takers?

There's a slight chance we will overlap - we will need to meet for a dole whip float!!

I can't spin; although Dumbo, Astro Orbiter, and Flying Carpets are fine.

No. I've seen a peanut stand, heard a rubber band, seen a needle that winked its eye, seen a front porch swing, heard a diamond ring, but never a dust bunny.

But have you seen an elephant fly??

How reality TV messes up families:

\Jill Duggar, 22 meets her fiance for the first time as she traveled to Napal with 19 Kids and Counting to document the introduction. She had been skyping, texting, talking and emailing her fiance. Her Dad traveled with her to Napal to meet her fiance who had previously built a relationship with the fiance and introduced the two through email.
