I found another picture I wanted to share with you guys, taken Wednesday morning right before we checked out. There is an Anhinga that hangs out around the pond. He swims under water then pokes his head and neck out like a snake. I was watching him swim, when I saw him surface with this fish in his mouth, which he carried to the shore, then swallowed whole. It was pretty neat.
