Coronado is awesome at night. Truly romantic

If you want to be alone, go with Coronado...it is larger so many more "out of the way" places than FQ. I love FQ, but the lighting is not romantic and since the resort is small there are always folks around.

I'd love to know what you've "judged".

Oy vey.
If you show me a picture of Honey Boo Boo I'd guess that they would appreciate the theme of All-Star Movies, but not what's great about the Animal Kingdom Lodge, or CSR and POFQ.

By your picture, I think you two would appreciate the theme of POFQ best. Just sheer intuition. Jazz and the South more than Southwest and Mexican music. Your bride to be dreams of reading poetry along the Seine riverbanks in Paris, not jungle adventures in Yucatan. Just entirely impertinent guessing!

If you want to propose at the hotel, maybe the 'nado is better. If you want to propose, say, on the beach of the Poly by tiki torchlight just before Wishes, then I'd go for the POFQ.

How would I propose on the beach of Poly if I'm at POFQ?
Is there any particular reason you want to propose at your hotel? I mean, that's great, but WDW leaves you with a vast array of options!

Is it to have a quiet dark spot? ('if she refuses nobody will see my bitter tears of regret and shame flowing down my cheeks red with embarrassement'? )

It's the website of @Buzz2001 . He is your Coronado god.

The Cabanas area. If you go during a hot period (anytime but winter, this is Florida - yay!) there is a nice tropical feel to this area. It feels a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle of the mega theme park resort.

You can't swim, but there is a beach. And hammocks! The Cabanas and the beach:

It's quite lovely at night. The view from the beach:

The 'nado is build around a large lake. In the middle is a pier / leading to the pool area, that might be an option too. Although I think I might opt for the warm sand of the beach - then everytime you two are on a beach somewhere she'll whisper in your ear 'do you remember when...'
