Did you try pressing play? It's streaming using jwplayer...

It might be your settings, or your internet speed.
I was not expecting to get it on my old laptop ( a 2004 model..running Windows XP for crying out loud! ) but it WORKED!

It did say it was just for desktops, but apparently tablets can see it.

Yeah. jwplayer works on some tablets.

Folks here probably already know this....but for those that do not:
You can make the webcast player full screen by hitting the tiny arrows icon on the bottom right hand side of the frame.

I wanted to mention it so that those less versed in such things would not miss the chance to see the parade full-screen.
