ADR's....is the new system working?

I make my ADR's in 10 days...is the current website working? I saw the 180 + 10 success thread and that is works for some and not for others. Just wondering if anyone has used the current website for ADR's and if it is working better now?
My wife and I have about had it with this online system. We tried on three different computers today just to add a few new ADRs for July. We were not happy. We had to call to make them. Not a big deal right? If I got up early on day 180, believe me it would have been a big deal. How can this computer system be such a disaster?

Were it me... I would simply CALL. Write down each Res #. You MAY get the website to work - but at this stage? I would no longer trust that the data would not get dumped.

Yeah, I don't trust it either. But, I've called and placed ADRs, wrote down the numbers, and tried to link it on the site....

It failed.

So, I called WDW-DINE back, and confirmed the ADRs do exist...but I can't get them to link on My Disney Experience for anything...

I don't trust it either.

Here is something to laugh over....

I have a load of ADRs for April. I go to the "My Disney Experience" page - they all show up. I can drill down into each & every one of them.

I go to "My Reservations" - "We're sorry - we can't link your ADRs".

Same website - same back end DataBase... and apparently, the same set of drunken grade school web coders :(. I'm thinking of starting a lottery to predict WHEN WDW will experience their next major Data Loss incident....
Drunken grade school web coders would do a better job than the "professionals" that they currently employ.

I love the online reservation system.
I have used it for several trips & never had a problem with it.

Note that there is a difference between using the online reservation system VS the 180-day ADR reservation question of the original poster....

The 180-day reservations DO NOT seem to work reliably. Just call at 7:00 am (eastern time) to make your reservations on the 180-day date.

The regular reservation system works very well. I just made a bunch of reservations today for the end of the month. But the 180-Day reservation does not.

I'm pretty sure it's SUPPOSED to let you do your 180+10 as long as you have your resort reservation loaded up in My Reservations... but it doesn't always work. I say give it a shot, but be prepared to call.

The new system is hit & miss for sure. I've found most my problems are resolved by first going to the individual restaurant I want then adding my criteria and selecting the available time I want. I've noticed that putting in my criteria at the beginning then scrolling through the list of restaurants and choosing an available time results in a "Donald Oops" message. Sad, really, that we have to get creative to just reserve the right to spend money with them. Either way, though, as long as that pretty little reservation pops up on my itinerary at the end of the day I know my DW will be happy.
