Four days in Disney World?

So my family wants to go to Disney World, my mom is super excited about it but thinks we will all get tired of it quickly. She wants to go for only four days, i really don't think that is long enough! But that sounds like she is sticking to it, so if you only had four days to do Disney World what would you do?

(Also what would be the best things to do for a 8 year old who loves princesses?)

Walt Disney World in four days...or DisneyLand then..? Both Parks are mentioned in the original post and each are on two different coasts. :)
I am assuming you mean Walt Disney World, here in sunny Florida....

So with that in mind, four days is a nice amount of days if your Mom is really only wanting to stay that long. You can certainly do all four Parks in four days.

I would suggest doing one of the main Four Parks each day. That said, since Animal Kingdom usually closes early and is a half-day Park experience, i would couple your visit to AK with another venture...possibly Downtown Disney or Resort hopping.

Have a great time...and do not worry - you will be able to do and see a LOT in four days. Oh sure it is nice to stay longer if you can, but four days is a nice number and do-able.

:)

If you only want to do each park one day and are fine with missing some things, then yes, 4 days is enough.

Personally, I would opt for 2 additional days. We find ourselves doing 2 days at MK, 2 days at Epcot, one FULL day at Animal Kingdom(it isn't a half day park if you slow down and take in everything it has to offer) and one day at DHS. This way we are able to fully enjoy everything each park has to offer without feeling like we are on such a time crunch.

Another option is to do one additional day and then get the park hopper option for that last day where you can go between the parks and take in any attractions that you missed, but want to go on. To do this, simply buy a base ticket for 5 days and then on that last day go to the ticket window and upgrade to a hopper for it. Then you will only be charged the hopper price for the final day remaining on your tickets.

I think your best bet is a day and half in MK, 1/2 day in AK, a day in HS, and a day in Epcot. Akershus in Epcot I think would be a great idea bc you can make early breakfast reservations with the princesses and then get in line at the hard to get into attractions.. If, you want to see a lot, it might be a good plan for all the parks.

Remember she is only five and hopefully you will make it again. Also I have been quite a few times and have never done everything and always had a truly magical time. She will be tired and she will want to swim in the pool at your hotel. When my DS was that age he liked the pool the most!!

Sure you can goto Disney World for 4 days but 4 days wont be enough. Personally i feel 5-6 is more appropriate. Who am I kidding its never enough. But 5-6 days is a nice amount. There is more to do than just ride attractions all day. Leave 1 day to relax at the pool.

Four days can be enough. If your daughter loves Princesses, visit all the princesses in Epcot as you are visiting each country. You can take turns waiting in line with your daughter with others in the party and explore the other countries. I like meeting them in Epcot b/c it is a nice relaxed atmosphere and the Characters take time with each guest. If you have the dining plan you can also do a character meal with the Princesses at Auekerhuse or Cinderella's Royal Table. Early reservations at either will ensure you don't waste any valuable park time.

My mom and I are going next week (last minute trip). The way we are doing it is picking the earliest flight out there so we'll get half a day at most likely MK. Epcot will be the next day. 2 days a Universal. (I love Disney but I love HP and Universal is so impressive lately) And then a day at DHS/MK. As much as I love AK, it's my least fav.

Go to MK on one day, Epcot on another, DHS on another and AK on the remaining day. MK would be great for girls who love princesses, there's a lot there for princess stuff. Maybe try a princess character meal. There's several throughout the parks, and I recommend looking into them! I don't know what they all are off of the top of my head though.

And you're right, 4 days isn't enough to do everything, but you can have so much fun!

I think you'll barely have enough time however anytime at WDW is great. I would suggest your first day at MK, a day at Epcot a day at HS and the day you visit AK you could also return to MK that evening. You'll be getting the most of a short trip but it will be non-stop. I would also suggest the day you arrive or the day you leave visiting Downtown Disney. Have a great time no matter which direction you choose.

4 days isn't long enough! I think that you need a week. Anyway, on your Epcot day, Akershus breakfast at the Norway Pavilion is a must for anyone who loves Princesses! You get your picture taken with Belle, then they seat you, breakfast is brought out to you & they have a buffet of cold food & pastries, then the have all the Princesses visit your table for pictures(with your own camera) & autographs. They also have a Princess parade in which all the "little" princes & princesses parade around the restaurant with the "real" Princesses. While you are finishing up your meal they bring out your picture with Belle. My daughter loved this meal!
