Ok you want honest! Went there in 2010 and DS had onion rings for starters and DW and I shared chicken wings. Both starters were good, this is where it went down hill.I had the ribs, lots of juicy fat,Yuch,I sucked the sauce instead of eating the ribs.My DW had shrimp pasta, and tho she enjoyed it,says for the price it wasn't good value ( see Scots looking after their $$$ ) All in all,it was ok,I did see someone getting the All American burger which I think had a dog on top, with huge portion of fries. But I think your paying for the theme rather than the food.Make hubby happy and go,then try T- Rex. Big theme restaurant but with added bonus.Great nosh.;)

My wife and I had the steak and we both like it alot and also love the vanilla and cherry cokes. We go twice everytime we are there and love it......granted, mostly for the atmosphere which is amazing. This coming from a guy that grew up at the drive in theater.

I just made my reservations :D I am so pumped for it! I love 50's nostalgia, especially the cars! Just one question...

In a picture I saw some tables set up in an awkward way. It was as if one side of the car was missing and guests sat facing towards the wall not the screen. Is it possible I will be stuck with this table because I just want the car style seating one.

I believe when you make a reservation you WILL get a car and not a table HOWEVER dont quote me on this so when you go up to the desk ask specifically for a car. Even if you have to wait a bit longer....which you shouldnt....get a car..... its worth it.

I don't really get the point in going to Disney and expecting top quality food anyway. I pay for theming when I go, as long as my food doesn't taste horrible then I am happy :)

but that's just me ;)
Whit!!! Trust me,when your bill arrives at your table for $220.00 for two adults and a teenager, your wanting more than a dinosaurs burger and a glow cube.Don't get me wrong,I love the theme side of certain restaurants, but there's plenty of folks wanting bang for their bucks when there out at a signature restaurant .;)

We didnt have a great food experience there, but the kids made it memorable. my son and daughter wanted to sit together in the car. after the first movie clip, my son got scared and my wife and I had to split up with the kids. Who gets scared by a 1950s giant grasshopper being attacked by army guys, right? So because of that, and our son is no longer afraid, we have it booked again for next next month as part of their birthday trip to the world!

You know whats amazing about how kids grow up too fast (as you talked about in another post this morning), our son was so scared watching these old sci fi movie clips, and now he is obsessed with the old Japanese Godzilla movies (you know, the ones where the words dont go with the mouth).

We ate here for the first time a couple trips ago and my DH requested that it be put back on our next trip itinerary. He loved the Rueben that he had there; but he is a huge sandwich fan and would probably eat some type of sandwich every meal if he could. It's fun for the theming to switch things up. The milkshakes were super thick and yummy! I am looking forward to trying it again too.
