Is Tony's worth it?

Has anyone recently eaten at Tony's Town Square. Reviews of the Restaurant appear to be average at best here. Although the descriptions and images I've seen appear to look promising. Is it worth making a reservation for or sticking to Be Our Guest. Or perhaps both?

I haven't been to Be Our Guest yet so I can't speak to that question, but I think Tonys has decent food and it has a nice atmosphere. Love the Lady and the Tramp theme! I'd say its worth you trying at some point.

We love Tony's. The atmosphere is great, and so is the service. No characters, no shows, its almost like a break from the crowds. Tons has the same menu for Lunch and Dinner so I would suggest both :)

Last time I ate at Tony's it was very understaffed and my boyfriend and I were barely seen by our server... The restaurant's atmosphere and the food are both great, but I guess we just got lucky with an understaffed day.

Hit or miss. Out of 3 visits to Tonys 1 was good 1 was ok and the last was enough to not make us want to go back.

Service fell and steak was fatty. Had anniversary buttons on and didn't get any props from our female server.

1st visit was the best and we were on DP. Other visits were out of pocket and were not worth the money spent at all. Not even close.

We don't go to Le Cellar anymore as well for same reasons.

Disney really needs to get their upper dining places up to par with what they charge. Have been saying this during our survey(s) for sometime now.

GOOD LUCK!

It is a tradtional for us to eat dinner at Tony's on the day we visit MK. DH loves the spaghetti & ny strip steak. Great theme and decor and if you book reservations close to parade time, you'll have a great view!

After viewing the Be Our Guest photos, menu reviews, atmosphere, I certainly wouldn't miss it. If both is an option, if you can afford it and have the time to do both... go for it. Tony's hasnt been a favorite of ours but it has gotten better.

We like Tony's, but love BOG! We currently have both booked for next month. Our kids like Tony's more than we do, so when my daughter asked if we were eating there on their birthday trip it was a no brainer for us. If you haven't done either yet I'd say try them. Decide for yourself. After that you'll know whether to do them again or not

My DW and I love Tony's. The food was very good and we love the whole Lady and the Tramp decor. It made me want to share spaghetti with her. LOL

ohhh my...well we went to Tonys on 08, and will never return. Maybe they got their act together recently, explaining the rave reviews here. Our "pasta" tasted like ramen noodles soaked in ketchup.
Definitely eat at BoG(we loved it for lunch), and I'd suggest finding another spot for TS. The atmosphere is ok, but better can be found elsewhere. Unfortunately I can't reccomend Liberty Tree, as we've never tried it due to the poor reviews.

That food looks A LOT better then what we ate there about 10 years ago. Maybe it's time to give Tony's a second chance.

I know! We almost didn't eat there because of all the bad reviews I read on here. But the lack of TS options in MK I just booked it anyway. We both really enjoyed our meals and were glad we ate there.

Worst meal I've had a MK was at Tonys. Pasta with seafood. Tasted ok but pasta was mushy, seafood was bland and the sauce repeated on me the rest of my night. I love Lady and the Tramp so I would go back for the theme, but stay away from the pasta.

Thanks for all the feedback. You see to me the place just doesn't look consistant enough for my liking. It seems very hit or miss. In the past this has not been a problem thanks to the Magic Kingdom's lack of Table Service experiences. But Be Our Guest appears to have set the standard much higher then before and all Magic Kingdom Table Service Restaurants should follow. I'll admit after reading the responses here and other reviews elsewhere that I'll be giving this place a miss.

We hit Tony's every other trip. It's always a decent meal in our books and just convenient being in MK. My DH absolutely loves the Chicken Parm there and I had some pretty good Shrimp Scampi.

Every place can be hit or miss I never let reviews be the last thing to make a choice. I say always try it every time I try something different there is so many choices let your self be the judge. Reviews help don't get me wrong I read theming use them. I give my take but I it might not be yours.
