The simpsons expansion

Hello all! I am a huge fan if the simpsons, and I was wondering when the expansion will open? I am trying to convince my parents to take me in may (it probably won't happen, but I can dream!) and was wondering if it would be opened? Also, what specifically will open in the expansion? I think I heard Moe's, which would be awesome, but what else? Thanks!

They never released concept art for Despicable Me but there was an announcement. This may just open to an advertising blitz since there is no MAJOR new attraction.

I may be in the minority but ... the idea of eating a Krusty Burger and getting a Flaming Moe in MOE's appeals to me more than the actual attraction that is open ever did.

Personally, I think they should have gone with the Duff Gardens dark ride instead of the spinner ... that would have been awesome.

I'm gonna start with a Krusty Burger and a Cos-Moe then a Flaming Moe for dessert then move to Duff Gardens for a Duff's while watching Universal's Cinematic Spectacular. I probably shouldn't do a Kodo and Kang's Round Ride (spinner) after that, eh?

Duff Gardens will be an outdoor bar on the edge of the lagoon with a great view of Universal's Cinematic Spectacular. They will have a specially brewed beer (probably like a "Premium American Beer" (think Samuel Adams) brewed by The Florida Brewing Co.

The Florida Brewing Co. makes some very nice beers. So I have reasonably high hopes for this.

I can't confirm but I have reason to believe Apus Car and Krusty's Airstream Camper have been scrapped for budget reasons since I wrote that. I can confirm that General Changs and Kentucky Fried Panda flipped posistions. Originally KFP was to be down by the restrooms and General Changs closest to the Kwik E Mart. It's the exact opposite with KFP, Moes, Krustyburger, and General Changs facades in that order coming from the Kwik E Mart going towards the restrooms. It will still be very impressive and for those wondering they are behind schedule for what was originally supposed to be a mid June opening.
