Expo Just like Epcot, Could it get sued

If I were to build a futureistic theme park with the same rides with different scenery, names and music, possibly a World Showcase and a firework/laser show with the same story as Illuminations but a different name and different music would I get sued?

Not if you build it in China, Korea or Germany. Where they operate entire Disney rip-off parks.
In this SSE they house 'Soarin', an Imax film that sends you flying over the world.

Europa Park in Germany has many Disney rip off rides. Europa is very similar to Epcot in theme as you can see, this is the France area. This is Spaceship Earth infused with Space Mountain and is called EuroSat:

So many fake places. If you did open a similar park like these then you will automatically get branded a rip off and get a bad reputation. Better just to be creative and unique.

there's that one other park too, in china it's pretty much abandoned now (the land is used by farmers) but you can see all the structures for a castle like the one at DLR and all of the architecture is very fantasyland-esque

That's what I thought too, so I looked it up....nope, it's real (and they even do unattractive things to their's too (i.e. the wand on spaceship earth)

The good news is if I ever come across the funding which will never happen I can build a futuristic adventure park with totally different attractions with old Epcot Center characteristics but the bad news is that I will not be building the renamed Wonders of Life, Horizons or World of Motion. I really couldn't get away with Dreamfinder and Figment so that idea is automatically crossed off.
