Is Dragon Challenge open as early as FJ?

WWOHP opens every morning an hour early for resort guests. I know FJ is open as well as a couple of the Seuss rides. What about Dragon Challenge?

I realize that it doesn't answer your question but we were at Universal last week during normal park hours. FJ showed a 60-minute wait while Dragon's Challenge was about a 5-minute wait. I think the posted wait time time was 15 minutes.

We were at Uni last summer and when we rode FJ the posted time was 60 min...went thru the line and were riding in 35 minutes. We couldn't believe it so we rode again. This was early in the morning. Not during extra hours.

All attractions within Potter will be open for resort guests as well as the Caro-Suess-el. On days where there is a high resort occupancy rate more attractions will be open in Suess but only the carousel is normally going. Hope that helps!
