I cannot remember.. but doesn't POP have a bus just for DTD? Or do I need to go to a park first. I think they have it but just cannot remember, we want to do our first arrival day there it will be mid day before we get in. TIA

All Disney resorts have buses that go direct to DTD, usually with a stop at Typhoon Lagoon too. There are no buses that run between the theme parks and DTD.

That is what I thought. I knew they didnt go to parks then everyone would hop a free ride.. But I think it is the first stop out the door of POP Thanks.

I believe you take a boat from POrt Orleans. But that is nitpicking. I just stayed at POP and there are buses to DTD.

We are also going to DTD the day we arrive instead of going to a park for half a day. Seems like a good way to go there without sacrificing time at a park. The bus from the polynesian takes almost an hour each way so it's a time killer going there but still something we want to do. Sorry I know this was a little off-topic.

Free boat ride to and back from the French Quarter of Port Orleans. There is a boat dock back and to the side of the pool area.

PO, OKW and SSR have boat transportation to and from DTD along with bus transportation which also make a stop at TL during their normal operating hours.
