Ticket booth times

First off, I wasn't sure what to call them! The place where you buy your tickets; counter, booth, shack?

Anyway, what time do these close? My gf and I are headed up to WDW next week. I have an AP already but she will need to buy hers this trip. We are planning on arriving at MK around 8pm, are they still open then?

Also, I got mine from guest relations at downtown disney and it took them all of about 2 minutes to do everything, will it be that quick at the TTC, or should we just plan on making a stop at DD?

Don't know about the opening hours, but when I visited WDW last september, me and my mum and dad got our AP at the ticket boots at MK and it also took about two min per pass, so I would guess that it's about the same time everywhere.

I believe at least 1 window should be open until the park officially closes. So if they are open til 9, you can definitely get there at 8.

They are also open in the morning before the parks open so you could in theory get there a bit earlier and do it then.

One window is open until the close of the park so you won't have any trouble if you get there before the park closes. Any time that we have had to do a ticket thing, we went to the park and had no trouble. In and out in about 2 mins and I had a totally obscure situation and it was handled so fast!
