Best Exit for Wilderness Lodge?

We're road tripping from Illinois in April, and for those who drive to WDW from the North, which exit do you normally take off of I-4 to get to the Wilderness Lodge? When we stayed at POR, we got off on exit 68, and I can't remember which one we used for Coronado Springs last year. I know any one of them would eventually get me there, but I just wondered which one is the quickest, most direct way to get there?

Your best bet would be to just get onto World Drive via US192, which I believe is Exit 64.
An alternative would be Exit 67 to get onto Epcot Center Drive, and then merge onto World Drive after you pass Epcot.

Lastly, if you'd be coming into the area on the Turnpike, you might want to consider avoiding I-4 altogether and taking the Western Expressway (Route 429) and then enter property from Western Way, which brings you in right by Coronado Springs. Avoids all the traffic of I-4.

In any event, you'd be following signs for the Magic Kingdom as you entered property. Then staying to the right as you approach and then pass the MK tollbooth.

I've always heard people talking about the horrible traffic on I-4, but I personally have never experienced it. Is there a certain time of the day that people have experienced the bad traffic? We normally come down I-4 around 9-10 AM, so maybe we're just beating the traffic.

The bad traffic on I-4 will typically occur between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM. :D
If you have never hit bad traffic on I-4 you have been very lucky. Baring accidents, construction, etc it will typically move at speed limit as long as it is not the morning or evening rush hour but it only takes one minor fender bender or lane closure to turn it into a parking lot.
