Hi!!

We are going back to Disney!!!! Yess!!! But only I know for now... :D

Ok here is the deal.. I booked a package to Walt Disney in March and I would like to give it to my GF at Christmas. If I would have received the Disney Package (Blue envelope) with the confirmations booklet, I would have given this but I will not be receiving those before february.

Any ideas on how I should present my gift ? I was thinking about giving her a few Disney related gifts to start with (Dvd's, books, pj' etc...) and then present her with the vacation package... but im sure there are better ideas then that..

Any input would be appreciated :)

Thanks so much :xmas:

Back in 2005, my boyfriend (at the time) gave me a Disney trip as a Christmas gift. What he did was, he went to waltdisneyworld.com and printed out a copy of our trip details. I know once you go online to waltdisneyworld.com click on "My Disney Vacation" and there I think you can find a copy of your trip details.

Another thing you can do is order a pair of customized maps & put all of yours and hers favortie spots on the map and put the maps in her stocking.

Those are just two ideas. I hope these help.

I gave my dad a trip to disney a few years ago for his 60th birthday. I got two very large boxes, in one i put the plane tickets, and in the second one i put the Disney vacation package. As others have said, since you won't have the actual package from Disney, you could print out the trip itenerary, put in old disney maps if you have them from previous trips (i don't think the custom maps will arrive in time for xmas). A second idea would be to have a bunch of disney stuff set up in a separate room in the house, then make arrows and place them on the floor, stairs etc leading to the room and have a sign in there saying something like "we're going to disney" (dad did something like this for me a long time ago)

You can buy a T-shirt from the Disney Store on line that says "I'm going to Walt Disney World!"

Print out your trip details, get a couple Disney gift cards, and wrap everything up and put it under the tree.

It happened to me!

My husband did the same thing for me a few years ago! It was the best present ever!!!

He saved it for last and handed me a large envelope. (looked like a christmas card) Inside were 3 envelopes with cards in them, numbered
1-3 and I was told to open them in order. The first was a disney christmas card that he wrote "I love you." in. The second had a home made voucher for T-Rex at Downtown Disney in it with a note that said "I promise to take you there." and in the third was a copy of our itinerary, complete with airline ticket info!

I could not stop crying and I could not believe he did it all on his own!

I hope you have a wonderful time!!!

This year we've given each other a small Disney trip. We leave the 21st of January...I can't wait!!

Merry Christmas!

I just surprised my son with a trip to Disney as an EARLY christmas gift in the beginning of the month. What I did was give me a christmas card with a disney gift card in it... Then I handed him a folder with all our trip details in it and said here I though the gift card might come in handy for this!!!! Needless to say I was in tears seeing the excitement on his little face! Good luck!
