Anyone have any takes on the new name?
I love it, I think it's cuter than the old name.
Plus I like that it's spelled properly. I just do not like anything spelled improperly, I think it's silly and so unneccessary.![]()
pooh is a bear of very little brain, his spelling isn't perfect. As a reference to the stories and characters the store name worked well.
Also it's amusing to me that you spelled unnecessary wrong.
I think it is just another example of Disney Corporatism overtaking what was once a premium vacation experience.
TDO obviously has no vision when it comes to shop names any more. Their last good shop name was in 1994.
And another thing...wait...hold on...hmm? We don't care about this one? Oh, okay...in that case, it's fine. :lookaroun

I am ok with it.
In fact, in print, the new name better conveys the purpose of the store.
If you saw "Pooh's Thotful Spot" on printed media, it is not clear what exactly it is. It could be a ride, it could be a place to sit, it could be a library
"The Hundred Acre Goods" implies that some sort of goods are sold there. Maybe food, maybe gifts - who knows, but it is a store

I think the original name of the store was Pooh's Thotful Shop, not Spot... :lookaroun
But yes...
"Pile O' Pooh"
