Swan and Dolphin Discounts Ads on this Site

Hi all:wave:
I always see ad links on the site for a special Swan and Dolphin discount for WDWMAGIC readers and everytime I click the link, it just brings me to their page of discounts offered-I do not see a special offer for readers. We are staying at the Dolphin in May and would love to take advantage of all available discounts.
Are there actually a special deal for us readers or it just shows you what deals there are?

Steve can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if you call for reservations and identify yourself as a WDWMagic reader, they'll give you a discounted rate.

Have you tried looking for deals/discounts through spg.com? I actually saved $15 a night by booking straight through the Starwoods website, as opposed to the Dolphin and Swan site. Strange since Starwoods owns the hotels, so you figure the deals would be the same on the sites, but I didn't ask questions.

Hm I did not know that-thanks for the info!
We are already booked though so I don't think we can take advantage of that now.

You should be able to call Starwood, with the discount code and rebook at the cheaper rate. Starwood hotels have always done that for me. Also before you call sign up for there free SPG membership, at SPG.com. Make sure you get your SPG# before you call.

Oh ok great thanks! I am an SPG member too-do I get a discount for that too?

Go ahead a call, just ask for a Quote they will be happy to give you one. You can also go to the starwood website, and you can get a good idea of the prices. Just have so will power when you are looking.
