Back from the World

Was at the World from Sept 18-25. Stayed at the Pop Century Resort. As always the rooms were clean and comfortable. The value resorts seemed to be real popular. The parks were more crowded than expected but still was able to accomplish what I wanted.
If booking a vacation during free dining plan promotion make sure to book dining reservations in advance. Made reservations for ohana, Chef Mickey, and Japan back in April. Once on vacation its tough to get in any popular restraunts. Was able to make last minute reservations at Mama Melrose and Rose pub and Crown.
Downtown Disney was a mad house on the weekend. Fantasyland seems to making prettygood progress. Already can see steel framing for buildings going up.Still no word or change in Pleasure Island area. Adventures Club and surrounding buildings still look the same when they were open.
Overall good trip and can't wait to go back.

Thanks for the report! Glad to hear you were able to get into Mama Melroses, they were booked when we went and unfortunately we weren't able to eat there. Hope you had a great trip!
