Why the long pause inbetween I wonder!?! It was a while ago they did the last lot of railing work, wasn't it!?!

And a little off topic but is the Fountain back to it's original working order now!?! I was there in March but the wind was so cold I couldn't even stand outside and watch one of the fountain shows!
