Should Indy go in Adventureland or MGM?

If Disney World ever got the Indy Adventure from Disneyland or a completely different type of E-Ticket ride do you think that it should go in MGM or Adventureland? I know a lot of people might say MGM because Star Tours and the stunt show are already there. However, I think that INdy really belongs in Adventureland and that if they expand the Lucas properties they should do it with Star Wars because there is really no other place to put a whole Star Wars land. What do you guys think?

MGM.

It could use another big thrill to boost that attendance.

Hollywood Studios, no doubt. Indy already has a presence and a history of being there, but also his 1930s setting seems a smoother thematic fit with the 1930s theme of much of the park.

Not that Adventureland couldn't work, but I don't feel like it needs another attraction the same way DHS needs something new. Additionally, I much prefer the vague, non-specific fantasy-exoticism of the current Adventureland, and I think adding Indy would bring too much of a grounded "real world" feel that would clash with the more cartoony style in there now.

Imagineering's To-Do List:

Step 1. Star Tours II (already on its way)
Step 2. Replace Indy Stunt Show with Indy Ride
Step 3. Indiana Jones/Star Wars character meet&greets
Step 4. Retheme Backlot Express to Club Obi Wan or Mos Eisley Cantina restaurant

Step 5. Enjoy your new Lucasland! :D

(... If only it were that easy)

The MGM was dropped out of the name YEARS ago. It's DHS today and I believe they should build an Indiana Jones attraction there but ONLY if Adventureland gets also a new major ride like Fire Mountain or something of similar magnitude. Otherwise build the Indiana Jones ride in Adventureland because this land just cries for a major addition but give it a different theming, make it South American like at TDS.

The dark EMV ride in DHS.

The mine car coaster in AL.

Really, all they'd have to do is retheme Grizzly Mountain back to Indy, which is basically Eddie Soto's Indy mine car ride rethemed to Grizzly Bears. :D

Adventureland seems like the best fit to me, I think all expansion on DHS should be now focused on making PP bigger and fixing the backlot area. Indy should come to the rescue of MK's Adventureland.

They should bulldoze the Indy Stunt Show and put the ride there. I saw that show the year after the park opened and I think it was exactly the same the last time I saw it a few years ago. Boring. :snore:

Rode Indy at DL in March and it was spectacular!

You know a lot of us are always complaining how we get copies from DL. It should be a mine themed coaster from Temple of Doom. I prefer the studios but hey if it went to MK. MK's attendance would go through the ROOF!

Hollywood Studios - it could use another great ride and I like keeping the movie theme going. Whether or not they make a Lucasland out of the idea, there definitely needs to be something else there.

I like this idea - an indoor mine car coaster would be a much better ride than importing Forbidden Eye to Florida.

A Star Wars Land would have DHS packed NON stop.

I don't really know about that. Before the prequels had come out I could believe it but now i am not so sure of it. And what are they going to make Tatoine. Not very exciting in the grand scheme of things. Star Wars Universe is too big to put into a small section of the park. If they wanted to have a Cantina restaurant I am all for it.

Personally, I dont' care. I'll take it anywhere. If they wanted to put Indy in the parking lot, I'd take it. Best ride I have ever been on in my life, hands down.

But it does belong in MGM. Although there is a nice plot over in Adventureland that it would fit nicely on.
