Cinderella Castle refurbishment photo update - water returning and scrim going up

Thanks for the pics... I have always been pleased with how well the scrims work. It is much much better then seeing scaffolding directly.

They do a great job, and they have recently got even better. The Fantasyland scrims recently were works of art on their own.

I'm sure this has been talked about before, but is there a time-frame for the Castle refurb? Like how long it's going to last?

is the castle going to look terrible during the refurb... i mean will it look not picture worthy

I doubt it, I'm sure it will look very tasteful throughout. They've done a great job with all of the refurbs around the park so far. Look at it as a unique picture-taking opportunity.
Besides, I don't think it can ever get any worse than how Sleeping Beauty Castle looked when DL was preparing for the 50th.

The TDL one if I remember right got Stitch themed scrims :ROFLOL: but the final product of the TDL and DL new colors on the castles are stunningly beautiful... so goes the phrase "for your future enjoyment"

I don't think they got ANY scrims! :shrug: jtcent has a ton of these pics all through construction and no scrims. Pretty cool.
And yes, DL needed the color. Your Castle was almost white, for a bit.
Tokyo's is stunning, though. The brown adds a ton of depth.
But honestly...I like the classic white.

I'll keep looking for the pics but there were some Stitch scrims maybe I got them confused with the ones that covered the light towers.
