New Refreshment Port menu at Epcot now offers Latin inspired quick service food

That menu was up on Saturday. Don't know when it started but it was there on the 2nd when I hit Epcot.

Probably to make up for the impeding doom of Mexico's QS.


It's not much to make up for the loss of the QS.

Really, though, all it consists of is a deep fryer and a fridge. Very limited prep needed on all the food offerings.

My guess is frozen empanadas that are thawed back stage and held in the cold box.

Tostones that are fried, smashed, and frozen. Then thawed and held.

Both get a quick dunk the fry-o-lator and they are done.

Definately sounds like a temporary operation to me.

True, the QS was larger. :lol:

Maybe the Pizzaria in Italy will be fast tracked. :lol:
