Wall around the castle in FL

Until when the wall around the castle is suppose to be up?

Wait wait...the wall goes up the first week of November but construction doesn't start until January?

The wall on the back should be down by Thanksgiving not the first week in November as I previously stated. The wall on the front goes up in January after the moat is drained. This I believe will be up and moat dry until right before spring break.
