I get the feeling they would have made the other changes sooner if the SSE ending wasn't such a disaster.
Nah, the budgets might be separate.

for the record...Would rather have a finished SSE with a wonderful finale than a new Inno. Plaza. But that's just me, and I am still very happy they are doing this.

Since they're florescent, I'm assuming that they're white...

Feh! Want LEDS!:fork::lol:

The new railings have florescent lights under the handrails that will light up the ground beneath them. They were testing one section this morning around 6AM.

Visual aid, courtesy of my September 12th update...

Looks like they'll have lighting on the underside just like the original railings do. That's always been one of the things I've loved about the EPCOT atmosphere.

I have a feeling it won't be much different than the lighting that's been under the railings for almost 27 years.

At Art of Disney, I could be mistaken, but I believe this is new.

Are you trying to make me jealous? Posting pics of my store? haha Hope no one buys it before November. Of course management might not want to hear that.

Can't wait to see the cups in person and buy one...or two?

That railing shot is everything I love about Disney Fandom.

Where else in the world is someone going to take the picture of the underside of a metal railing, and post it on a site for people to oooh and ahh about.

I love it!

What color are the trash can liners? Have those changed?

From 84 to 90, they were IndustroPolymer # A14-3972, from 91
to 97 they were #A13-1400 (except for a two week stint in 95
when they briefly transferred liners from the Poly (1403) due to
a shortage and hoped no one would notice (yeah, RIGHT!).
And from '97 on, they've stuck with #A13-1407, which is just a titch
darker. I have been hoping, hoping, hoping, to see a return to
#A14-3972, that would be SO COOL.

Of course, independent of color, they've gone up to 12 mil, which I think
looks nicer (less wrinkling on the edges of the cans inside). Good call
on that one, TDO!!:sohappy:

Right On! Right On! Right On!
They were the best!

I've got half a box of # A14-3972 that I lifted during a trip in '86, down in the vault.

No I will not put them on Ebay.
No you cannot have one.
No I will not post a picture of them.
