It really was. I think every tourist to FL should be required to see the real Florida before they can visit any amusement park. It really gives you an appreciation for what it's really all about.

She's quite forgetful, and Dave and I have noticed that it's worse when she hasn't eaten much, so I'm suspecting a blood sugar thing or something like that. We're going to talk to my brother about it.
She has lots of energy and kept up with us well today. One of the park workers was amazed at how well she was doing for her age, which really gave me pause for thought.

You're used to her energy, so it's not surprising to you, but she sounds quite spry!

Her general health is quite good for an 89 year old. She just gets easily confused.

Her mind is sharp, but she's so frail.
