Being a Floridian, I've called Orlando "O-Town" on many occasions.

They were usually in jest, but we still do it :D

I can tell you what not to do...don't go near Epcot. That place is a zoo on the 31st. Wasn't the wait for Soarin' something like 360 minutes last year. Pretty much insane.

Probably no more so than people in Cincinnati like it being called C-Town.

Honestly I don't care what people call Cincinnati. It sucks. Some people call it SinSiNasty, which is annoying.

Anyway, I thought that many people called Orlando O-town and that was an accepted nickname. Not something that made people cringe when it was said.
