When do rooms become Available

Does anyone have tips on when rooms may become available that are already currently reserved? We are currently booked at Saratoga Springs for our trip in Novemeber. We would liket to stay at either Beach Club or Boardwalk. They currently do not have anything available. It was suggested to me to check back at the 45 payment deadline or the 5 day cancellation deadline.

Any tips would be appreciated!

Isn't this the answer to your question?

Rumor used to be that cancellations were processed overnight, so supposedly it was best to check first thing in the morning, but I believe they process them almost immediately now.
