Ok, update 2007 - Though George is still in the hospital he is hanging in there. He just feels lonely, like me. His inscission has not healed and still leaks a lot of fluid. The plan is to remove the Central line (a port used to administer fluid or draw blood from), clamp off the catheter from the kidney and send him home with the catheter to the bladder and a fluid line from around the kidney.
He should be leaving on thrusday or friday.
