What is there left for me to do?

Wife and I are heading out December 11th. We received Magical Express vouchers and luggage tags two weeks ago. Airline reservations are confirmed. We have ADR's for Citrico's, California Grill, Boma, and Le Cellier (w/Candlelight Processional seating). We have 4th row seats for Cirque du Soleil. We have MVMCP tickets. We have reservations for the Sleigh Ride at the Wilderness Lodge. We have a Disney Gift Card for alcohol and incidental purchases. Is there anything left for me to do?
Can anyone recommend decent counter service at DHS, AK, and MK? I have Sunshine Seasons at Epcot on my list but am open with the others.

We leave the 7th for WDW and I'm in the same boat.. just do a happy dance until then..

I suggest for counter service at MK Pinocchio Village Haus. Their Grilled Turkey and Bacon Panini is very good.

AK - Gotta do the Flame Tree BBQ.

If nothing else, if you have a car, we take a break at lunch and go to a resort and eat there. Kona over at the Poly is very good....

We are going totally sans car this time. I am all about knocking off modday and heading back to the resort. But we've chosen to spend more on other things than the resort. I guess we could bus hop.

From the MK it is only a short monorail ride to 3 resorts and from Epcot, the Boardwalk, Yacht and Beach Clubs are short walks also. One of our fav things to eat is the Figaro Fries at Pinocchio Village House. We love to eat at Cosmic Ray's, many choices and who can beat Sonny Eclipse. At Epcot we like the Electric Umbrella.

MGM / DHS : Starring Rolls Cafe (near the Brown Derby), a nice self-serve counter service restaurant, located at the corner of Sunset and Hollywood.

Magic Kingdom: I agree ^ ^ ^ ^ Columbia Harbour House.

Also a nice little quick-to-go breakfast -- the Kona Cafe (grab a coffee and muffin on the way to the monorail).

Brilliant...and Canadian
In the Parks
No
So you can buy one at various dollar amounts or can you set the amount?
It's a front-loaded money card. You get the card and then load it with as much money as you want. Basically, it's Plastic Disney Dollars.

Like Disney Dollars, it's only available in U.S. Disney stores and parks/resorts, because of exchange rates on the dollar.

If I don`t use all of the money do I get reimbursed?

No...but you can use it at ALMOST anywhere on Disney property, or at the Disney Store, or online, or on the next trip...so it's not like it will goto waste. I did it so I can go light (ID, room key/park ticket, credit card, gift card) and not carry a wallet.
