He's weird.
I'm with you guys, I wouldn't like it at all.

Me either.

There was a chance about 10 yrs ago that we might have been moved to St. Louis. I wouldn't have like that at all. I most likely wouldn't be here talking to ya'll if we did. I liked Disney but did not love it at that time. We went to WDW in 02 and I fell in love.:D

Yes.
Well. . .

I liked it more when I was a kid and could go skating and sledding and what not, but the charm of that has worn off.

I didn't even like it then.

Me either.

Glad things worked out this way, Susie! :)

Here for just a second.

Susie Q!
I'm the person that was sucky at Foods class, and I've made pecan pie before!
It is REALLY easy!
Give it a whirl. :)

I always use the recipe that Dear Abby had featured a while back.

I just don't want my pecan pie to run. My mom has that problem almost every other yr. She gets soooo mad at hers.

Hang on - I'm sure I have a few.....
I've used this one before, but I know I have another somewhere....

Pecan Pie

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp molasses
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
1 9-inch pie shell, chilled for an hour if freshly made, defrosted for 10 minutes if frozen.
1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread pecans along the bottom of the pie shell. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over pecans. The pecans will rise to the surface of the pie.
2 Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes until the filling has set. About 20 minutes into the cooking you may want to use a pie crust protector, or tent the edges of the pie crust with aluminum foil to prevent the pie crust edges from burning.
3 Remove from oven and let cool completely.

You're right, that can happen.
As long as you're very careful, it should be okay. :)

And with that, I gotta run.

Thanks again for last night, Betty.

Okay
I printed this one.
Waiting for the next.
If I do one I might as well do another one to compare. :o:sohappy:
