Hello everyone! Had a busy morning finishing school clothes shopping and corraling my daughter and her cousin at the mall. :hammer: :hammer: Now we're watching The Muppet Show, Season 2 DVD. I still have most of the originals on VHS that I taped off the air. I loved that show!!!

Sounds like some compromise on both sides is in order.
Maybe if you agree to some of the things she'd like to do, you can then say you'd like to be flexible about other things.

Yeah...I know. It's just she said..."If we don't plan it, we don't do anything" where I'm definitely the type to just be...ok...I know I want to do this...but, anything else, I can feel my way through when I get there. I know she's just really excited b/c she hasn't been to Chicago in a while. And her boyfriend never.

Hi Susan! :wave: We had a thunder shower overnight, but we need more rain here - just send it north.
Yes it was a busy morning. Got Abby two pair of jeans and 4 shirts, plus new tennis shoes. Baby doll tops are quite the rage, as well as overly long tops (80's anybody?) But Abby has such a long torso she looks great in them. The most bizarre thing I saw was a short sleeve tee shirt with comlimentary armbands that have fingerless gloves on the end. :lookaroun

eek! some fashions from the 80s should not make combacks, those last things are one of them.

And I wish I could pull off those baby doll looking tops...the ones with the empire waist thing going on and then are really flowy on bottom...but they just make me look like I'm pregnant...so I don't wear those.

But on the boyfriend front, yes. I can be flexible-ish
