I usually allow 2 hours from the flight arrival time to the time I expect to be at the hotel and checked-in. That allows for time to get off the plane, ME delays, lines at check-in, etc. Hopefully it doesn't take that long, but I wouldn't plan for any less. Allow another 30-45 minutes to get to any park on the Disney buses.

By the time you get off the plane, hit the bathroom and get down to DME figure 20 mins. and then wait for the bus and get to the resort, figure on arriving about 8p. Here's my tip when getting off the bus, have someone in your party wait for any stuff that might have been stowed under the bus such as strollers, etc. and you run into the hotel and get right on the check-in line. Sometimes the line can be long and this way you'll beat the other folks.

For the last 2 years, I haven't taken any carry on's, so I get off the plane, and I'm usually at the resort in about 70 minutes. We make sure were dressed comfortable, and we go straight to the parks, as soon as we check in (keep in mind my flights never arrive any later than 9:30 am)

you might be cutting it close, however, last year when we used DME to go to POP we were the first stop. Being the first stop it cut down on travel time significantly but if you arent the first couple of stops prepare for a 2 hr trip(reports a friend of mine). Take a load off and enjoy the pool bar!

If you have a little extra money, get a town car. You can stop at a grocery store then be on the way straight to your hotel. You don't have to wait for DME or stop at other resorts. They'll do round trip and it will give you a little extra play time in the parks.

I would say that if everything goes smoothly, you should be at your resort by 8:00pm.
That would still give you time for a late dinner at the food court!
