Jay is going to be in Maine for a course from the middle of June until the end of July. I was thinking of getting us a weekend in Boston. He enjoys baseball and wants to see as many different ballparks as possible.

My bday and Mother's day always happen within a few days of each other so DH usually just does one really nice thing instead of 2 smaller one's. :) Just a thought...

Are y'all techie people? My sister bought her DH an iBose for his iPod for their first anniversary. He loves it. :)

Oh goodness. That'll be tough. You should definately do that... the time together away will be good for y'all.

yes it did! I don't remember ever seeing him on the safari before. There was also an ostrich literally two feet away from DH's head at one time! Doing the safari first thing in the morning was definitely worth getting up a bit early!

Did you do like the new rides? EE? Laughing Floor? Stitch?

We might have been on the same truck.....

We had done Everest before - I love it!
Didn't care much for the new Nemo ride, but I loved the Nemo show. We liked the Laugh floor - we went twice, and I was on camera the second time.

I wonder if we were... we had the last two rows.

I'm with you on the Nemo ride though i really enjoyed Turtle Talk with Crush. We liked that better than Laugh Floor. DH was on camera when we did Laugh Floor as well. He was they "guy who has the urge to dance" - it's like they knew him! He LOVES to dance. He go up and did a little dance as I put my blushing face in my hands... But all in all, we didn't find it too funny. However, we did watch the show right after we met a very annoying girl in line (this 8-year-old girl, without saying anything, pulled my lanyard which i was wearing around my neck and started pointing at all the pins I had. This girls' hand were all over me which made me VERY uncomfortable. Her mother never said a word to her to make her back away or stop...:shrug: )

EE was amazing! it was our first time riding it! A lot of surprises if you don't know what to expect - which we didn't, And the Stitch ride... that chilli dog made me nauseous!

We were pretty close to the front.....

I've never liked the Stitch thing-
Did you ride the new Mexico ride in Epcot? I wasn't too thrilled with that either...

I hate the Stitch thing.:brick:
The ride in Mexico was nothing to write home about.
The Laugh Floor though was very funny! I liked that although I'll never go in there again. :lookaroun
