MJ's Dance Party

((HUGGLES)) That's a lot you have to go through for MJ. But I really think she's a lucky little girl to have two loving parents who will do anything for her. Not every child is that lucky. Your family is always in my thoughts and prayers. I will gladly help your family in any way I can once I am in Florida permanently next year.

Thanks Rachel :) That would be great. We can't wait to meet you in March.

Hello everyone!!! Hope everyone is doing well!!

Just popped in to say a few things going on with me...

Well 1... my friend and I (the kid from the Macy's perfume story with me) went to the mall today just to look at engagement rings; because looking online you can't really get an idea for how big rings are and how much they really sparkle and what not. So... we looked and it helped a lot; I'm no longer thinking I need to go up towards 2 karats... its really big, almost 2 big... i liked a 1.41 karat a lot. Also; i do agree round does look a little bigger than square; so i think... it was tough to tell though, my friend thought square looked bigger...

Anyway; Disney proposal may not be happening... may not be financially plausible... and here's why...

We might move in together this summer!!! I said I'd never rent an apartment because I'm all for buying; but wherever allie goes to school she feels she going to get a lot of money in scholarships and what not and most likely will get money for housing and she can use it on apartments... and said I wouldn't have to pay rent. So... i'd pay for groceries and utilities which will still be expensive; but I'd rather live with her now and so... I could always do what I did with my TV and do like a 1 year no interest payments on a ring and go to Disney... or just not go to Disney to propose...

There would be another chance... my parents have a timeshare in Aruba and they're going to try to get a week in March (which is usually tough) so... they'll take what they can get; but if my luck works out, maybe it will be the same week as Allie's spring break and then I could do it in Aruba...

And... she grew up going to Aruba a lot so there'd be some magic there too...

My biggest fear right now though... my parents both know I don't wanna rent and expect me to live at home for at least two years, I told my dad allie and I have been thinking about moving in together when we were talking about the proposing thing back a month ago; but my mother will be absolutely crushed... and I don't wanna have to do that...

Still; exciting things coming up...

Oh and my second interview at John Hancock is this Friday... I'll let everyone know how it goes

Hiya Joe! Congrats on the Job Interview. Sorry everything else is all jumbled....I'm sure anything you come up with will be great...at least you are trying ;) Andrew looked at me and said, well, we've got the ring, I guess I should propose :lookaroun

Sorry everyone. I meant 2008 for the movie!:o Oh, and Bonny- if you are here I got a couple of days pushed back several hours to noon. The only major difference is that now I do not start until May 26 it looks like.

Are you coming down earlier than that? Either way is fine with us, you can come down and hang out for a bit beforehand if you'd like.

The movie was actually supposed to come out late 2007. But it got pushed back to the current date now. They just started filming this month. On the other hand though, Harry Potter 5 is coming out July 13th!

:( We won't get to see that until it comes out on DVD....MJ can't do movies....

Wow. Extreme Home Makeover looks sad tonight. The family has 6 kids, and 5 have autism.

I have it on the recorder to watch....I'm not sure if I can handle it or not....

The girls are watching it. They want to know about autism because of MJ.

Awwww, tell them they are free to ask me anything....MJ has a special part of her autism that is called being hypersocial, so she looks and acts different than most of the kids you see with autism...

morning... I'm home today! Yay for President's Day!

Morning Bunny :) and little cousin bun....

Something I wanted to share with you all...

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours
in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of
coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in
front of him When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very
large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf
balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed
that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the
jar He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas
between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar
was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if
the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous "yes."

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table
and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the
empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the professor as the laughter subsided, "I want you to
recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the
important things---God, your family, your children, your health, your
friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost
and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house
and your car.

The sand is everything else---the small stuff. "If you put the sand
into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles
or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time
and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things
that are important to you.

"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play
with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with
grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out
to dinner.. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the
house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first---the
things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just
sand."

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee
represented. The professor smiled and said, "I'm glad you asked."

The coffee just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend."

Awww, I love that everytime I read it.

which is exactly why we are looking at wood floors!!

can they make it custom? That is how we had ours made, picked out the style and the fabrics and had it built. We hate it now though!

We got ours 9 years ago when we got married, it was definitely not designed for kids and we hate it now too....
