The only thing I know of is the Florida-resident only after 4 AP. FL residents can get an annual pass to Epcot only that's good anytime from 4pm-close. It's primarily designed for locals who want to dine in the countries.
I'm not aware of anything else. I'm pretty sure you'll always need a ticket to enter the gate to eat in Epcot.

*chuckles* Nope, it was us at MNSSHP two years ago. I wore this fancy dress and black angel wings and Love dressed up like John from Carousel of Progress circa 1920's. (Though no one got his costume despite the "Niagara Falls" fan I made for him!) They had Cinderella's coach set up in front of the old Fantasyland Skyway station and a photo op in front of it. There's a larger version on my site.MissM, is that your wedding photo?

Am I completely wrong or did I read somewhere on the forums that there is a pass you can get that allows you to enter EPCOT just to eat a meal and then leave?
If there is such a thing, how does it work?
Thanks for any info you can give me!!
