Yet there are some that cannot see the distinction between "teaching" and stifling creativity and natural curiosity in the quixotic quest the smartest child.Some parents go the "stick 'em in front of the TV" route... some of us choose to help our kids learn how to communicate before they're ready to talk... call it shoving... but either way kids are picking things up - it's all a matter of what you want them to learn.
:lol: I remember those days well... I could sleep for 12 hours at night and wake up ready for 12 more. LOL

True... I like to think I'm not stifling Lizzy's creativity, Lord knows this child loves being creative. Someone once told me... "Do your best to tame and groom your childs creativity without stifling it. You'll stand in awe at the result." I aim for that daily.
