The finished kitchen is a nice perk and paint and carpeting will give the rest of it a lift till your ready to change what you want to change!

no...but that would be really nice if it were! :D

And yeah...that tub is pretty disgusting. That bath is definitely getting redone in the future...and also a really good cleaning for the time being! :lol:

Yes...or at least we've put a bid on the house. But they haven't accepted the contract yet. We should know by Friday. (Takes a little longer b/c we're dealing with a bank.)
