Monorail spiel has changed!

The Monorail spiel on the Express beam has changed, based on my obligatory trip on it today (since I was working at the Magic Kingdom station). Although references to the attractions built for the Happiest Celebration on Earth are still found, "It's the Happiest Celebration on Earth and you're part of it" has been removed. Also, a section promoting Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has been added on the approach to the Contemporary. When entering the Magic Kingdom, the entire Stich portion of the spiel has been removed, though the rest of the wording remains the same.

I don't hate Stitch, but that was just one of the many things that were overkill. Thank goodness it's gone. Hopefully, they'll continue updating it over the next week or so.

Well, darling, as you know, we all have certain things about Disney we dislike. For me, hearing Stitch say "Oww..I hit my head" on the mono rail is a truly joyous experience. Makes me laugh every time.

I thought the STitch kingdom part was cute. It made little kid's faces light up who hadn't expected it to be on the monorail spiel so therfore I feel it served it's purpose.

I disliked the Stitch Kingdom part to begin with but after hearing it over and over began to really like it, hadn't the Stitch references been removed a while back when POTC was rehabbed and had a spiel on the monorail?

Most of them had, but "Welcome to Stitch Kingdom..." remained until recently.

Ahh right, thanks for clearing that up for me guys, maybe they had just been playing up when I had been on them, they do seem to do that alot, when I try and get recordings I usually have to ride round numerous times and cut it all together as they hardly ever seem to work all the way through. :hammer:

It will be right about when the Monorail comes to a stop at the Magic Kingdom station. You hear him running around while the announcer is talking about departing the monorail, and then you hear a thud and "OWWW I HIT MY HEAD!!!!"
