Similar to the built {building], but not made attraction in Germany. The same happend in Japan. They were planning to build a Carousel of Progress type ride called Meet The World. It was all about the history of Japan. The ride was located at Toyko Disneyland 20 years. Here is a link to the history of it;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meet_the_World. They had built the building, but never instaled the show.

So what did meet the world do? What did it talk about how Japan lost WWI. Before that did it go back to Mulan and those years. And another question why didn't disney put it in Japan at Epcot?

Spaced I think I can figure out what you mean in your post, trying to tell us about a planned attraction, but I can not make heads or tails of it. If you put in "Meet the World" in the search you might have been able to find it faster then Japan.

Anyhow, I'll toss out the main reason the ride never made the move.
Mostly it was because it completely leaves out WWII...completely.
Disney, despite spending the money to build the building and get everything in place, pulled the plug rather than put the attraction in right next door the American pavillion, which pays tribute to veterans of that war. See how they would be kinda mad? Mouse didn't want that.

I think it was a COP style attraction/show and the rumored reason why it was not installed was due to a structural problem with the show building. From what I remember a column got got put in a location that interfered with the ride.

I have to maintain some faith that the pedigree of folks hired by Disney to do its engineering is somewhat better than that. :)

And a bit from Jim Hill that talks about the EPCOT part of the project http://www.laughingplace.com/News-ID115020.asp

Also I don't know where the building was "built". If it was supposed to be the attraction that did end up in TDL that would have to be the size of COP or along that size.

So do I but then again you never know. After about 12 years on the engineering end of the construction business I could tell you story after story that would go way past a misplaced column.

Lee's reason sounded much more plausible.
