DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

as long as it doesn't end up in Villains Land... that would be the worst theme break ever. Did the Emporers new Groove do well at the box office? I just watched it for the first time since everyone was talking about it, and I have to say, it feels completely like a Disney JR TV show... It was cute, but that's about it. Certainly nothing I would consider building an attraction for...when there are hundreds of better IP related ideas out there....
The villains are the absolute highlight of the movie, no surprise they would want something Kronk and Yzma centric in villains

There absolutely are not 100s of better IP ideas than a coaster that uses the "Pull the lever Kronk" scene. Thats a ride idea that armchair imagineers have been discussing for decades now. Its one of those perfect IP/Ride synergies that people are looking for when an IP is used.

You seem extremely late to the party when it comes to the Emperors New Groove IP so maybe thats why you werent aware, but thats a ride that has been mentioned for a very long time. Its right there with the Mary Poppins flying carousel ride.

The issue is that people were sold one vision for Villians Land and now that you come back with the Kronk coaster idea, it doesnt fit.

It grew on a certain generation over time. Originally it was going to be called Kingdom Under the Sun, and a much more serious in tone film like the other renaissance films. Sadly they went saturday morn cartoon style with it. Yet somehow the new groove has sort of found its new groove today that it def did not have when it came out.

Sadly, it didn't do as well as Disney wanted at the box office, as part of that 2D animated slump, only bringing in $169M against a $100M budget. That being said...it's gained a cult following. Mostly from Patrick Warburton and Eartha Kitt.

Use the WoL pavilion and put a big beautiful omnimover ride themed to inside out.

The answer here is glaringly obvious...

Cranium Command is the OG Inside Out.
Which is why it is astounding that someone who is as adamant about keeping IP based attractions out of EPCOT as much as possible as myself would have no problem with it and the fact that Disney has not put two and two together when I did that the first time I saw Inside Out eleven years ago is so astounding to me.

Wasn't there a rumor YEARS ago of them doing a sort of Night Kingdom at the Animal Kingdom?...with F&B abd Entertainment... Night Safari etc? I thought I remember reading about that....but that was years ago....
Yes they had a night safari, with a giant LED way off on the horizon to mimic a setting sun. The night safari was shorter than regular version. It was ok, but you could have a dud where you literally saw almost nothing.

I always thought it would be nice to reopen Wonders of Life with Cranium Command (but Inside Out) to represent emotional/mental health and a Body Wars like ride for Big Hero 6 where you fly in an ambulance invented by Hiro to represent physical health.

Fingers crossed that’s in the works someday for Inside Out representation at the parks.

It didn't do too hot at the box office no, just like most of the 2000s Disney slate. It was a big critical success, and audiences generally liked it, but it fell victim to Disney's slacking box office at the time. In that period only Lilo and Stitch was actually successful and even it was a very, very modest success.

But what it lacked in box office in take I think it's very much made up for it in how beloved it is by younger millennials and gen z who grew up watching it and it's direct to video sequel on DVD and it's companion TV series on Disney Channel. It and Lilo and Stitch are really the only 2000s Disney films with a true, deep, lasting popularity (Atlantis maybe but I can't tell how much of that is people liking the movie or just everyone thinking Milo is hot; Milo was a lot of young gay boys of that era's first boy crush, it's a popular topic in queer spaces).

It's an extremely popular film in that demographic today, and there's been a clamoring for it to have some sort of parks presence for awhile from that group.

It is especially shocking given that Inside Out has become a tentpole, Inside Out 2 did phenomenally well in the box office while most recent Pixar projects have not, and they already have a building to put it in within the theme park that should be next in line for a project.
