Which Park do you spend more time at? Disneyland or Disney California Adventure? I find myself to spend majority of my day at Disneyland. I’m only in DCA to have fun at Raider Spring Racers. So I spend my moment to walk toward Cars land and get on the single rider. If I want to try out Soarin’ or The Little Mermaid, I would opt to stay more time. But most of visits-it just Cars Land main attraction. And then I find myself to want to spend the rest of my day Disneyland. This is only when I’m by myself. If I have my friend to go along with-I would spend equal time in DCA. When I’m alone, I don’t want to spend my time at DCA.

Left to my own devices, I spend most of my time at Disneyland and really only head over to DCA for RSR and to eat (I would say that DCA has the edge at the moment in food quality; perhaps not decisively, but I've had much better luck trying new things on the DCA side of things than the DL side). Eating in SFS is pretty inevitable at some point or other during my trip, whether for entrees or for sundaes at Ghirardelli.

Invariably, other people like DCA much more than I do. I've been with a friend who was obsessed with Guardians and insisted we ride it all the time back in 2018, and I've come to the realization that my mother (my most frequent DLR companion) honestly prefers DCA as well. As much as she likes the DL stuff, the reality is that if she didn't know it existed as a child, she doesn't really care about it, and if left to her own devices she might honestly be fine demoing the rest of the park if she could be assured that the Matterhorn, Big Thunder, MMRR, Pooh, and the parade route stayed. She seems to have much more fun with RSR (really, everything in Cars Land, as she also loves Mater and Luigi), TSMM, Soarin', Incredicoaster, and Guardians than anything on the other side of the esplanade beyond the stuff I've already listed. Perhaps it's just the comparative novelty of the DCA stuff, as she's been riding some of the other things on and off since the 60's.

I imagine with a newbie I'd probably be closer to 50/50, but it's hard to know for sure since I haven't been with someone that's new to DLR in some time.

I don't normally park hop, so I'd say my visits are 3/5 at DL and 2/5 at DCA.
After Avengers and Coco, it may be an even split.

This is only because of hours as of late but things are pretty even until 7:00, bust seeing as DL stays open later invariably I end up spending slightly more time at DL.

Food offerings are way better at DCA. Especially if you include Grand Californian hotel too. Haha

Disneyland all the way.

I enjoy visiting DCA, but it’s usually just a one day outing.
Disneyland I can spend several days in …and never get tired with the variety and splendor.

Call me a freak, but once I did the Explorer Canoes three times in one afternoon!

Disneyland rules.

Currently - Disneyland for sure. I’ll stop in to listen to 5 & Dime and to see World of Color - but that’s the only things that really call me over there. Of course the monsters dark ride and Cars Land are great - and I enjoy when they have traditional Soarin.

But Disneyland is easy to spend multiple days at.

During the Festival of Holidays I rarely go to DL. We spend all of our time enjoying musical acts in DCA.
Yes! They do have some great acts. You know..,, they used to have more live entertainment performing year round……

I remember those days. Loved Blast! They also used to have more music during the FoH and F&W (miss you, Phat Cat). We take what we can get nowadays.

While I'm at it, DL sometimes teases the return of the College Band but it never happens :-(

We are finding we are spending most of the time at Disneyland. Since DCA rides are unreliable and they just don't feel very classic Disney. It's not the same vibes.
