I honestly think "The Best out there" would want to avoid WDI like the plague now since WDI still only really exists now as a branch of the marketing department and I don't think truly creative people would want to be reduced to that.I think there needs to be a major wake-up at WDI, and especially in HR, that they need to find and hire and retain "the best" out there, and raise the bar on the work from where it's currently at.
